Elementary School

At our elementary school, learning extends far beyond the classroom. Students enjoy a variety of experiences designed to foster spiritual growth, academic enrichment, character development, and a strong sense of community.

  • Weekly Chapel focused on biblical truth, worship, and Christ-centered character development
  • House System that builds community, strengthens relationships, and promotes servant leadership through service, teamwork, and friendly competition
  • Community Service & Charity Initiatives that encourage students to make a positive impact on others
    School Spirit & Theme Days that create fun, memorable experiences throughout the year
  • Book Fairs that inspire a love of reading and lifelong learning
  • Grade-Level Field Trips that bring learning to life through hands-on experiences, including destinations such as Jamestown, the Virginia Aquarium, the
  • Virginia State Fair, the Metro Richmond Zoo, and the Science Museum of Virginia
  • Field Day celebrating teamwork, sportsmanship, and school spirit
  • STEAM Activities that encourage creativity, problem-solving, innovation, and critical thinking
  • Little Warriors Sports Program for students in grades 3–5
  • Special Events including programs such as Grandparents Day, holiday celebrations, and family nights.

    These opportunities help create a vibrant elementary experience where students grow academically, spiritually, socially, and emotionally in a caring Christian community.

Secondary School

Student life is a vital part of student's education at Richmond Christian School. Students in grades 6 through 12 have the opportunity to grow academically, emotionally, spiritually, and socially through involvement in a variety of organizations, as well as through participation in various special events. The following organizations are a part of the student extra-curricular activities at the secondary level:
