Richmond Christian School is housed on a beautiful 33-acre campus south of Richmond, Virginia, in Chesterfield County. The school has five buildings comprising 37,000 square feet and 42 classrooms, including a biology lab and two technology labs. Elementary, Middle, and High Schools have separate facilities, helping to create natural, autonomous school divisions.

Our newly updated library houses a wide variety of books, periodicals, and journals. It is furnished with beautiful oak tables & chairs and is undergoing renovation this summer in preparation for the next school year. Our Media Center has 24 computers for research or teachers to use as a computer lab. In addition, students can reserve books online through our cloud-based checkout system.

Our Gymnasium consists of a full-sized basketball court with seating for approximately 900 people. In addition, it has male and female locker rooms, a weight room, and our very own All for HIM Concessions & Café.

Our athletics program has several outdoor fields, including a Bermuda-seeded football/soccer field, a baseball and softball field complete with permanent dugouts, a 100-meter track, and a cross-country loop. Outside, you may also enjoy the new Warrior Grill, constructed and operated by our RCS Sports Boosters.

Our school divisions meet weekly for corporate worship and praise in our 450-seat chapel adorned with stained-glass windows, traditional pews, and an advanced sound system designed to enhance the student-led praise bands and community-based speakers.

The cafeteria/multi-purpose room has a seating capacity of 500 students, feeds each division lunch daily, and holds evening events like auctions and Volunteer Banquets.

We also have two terrific computer labs located in the Main Office portion of our building. The first has over 30 computers, and the second lab, located in the Library Media Center, has 24 workstations for class projects, online courses, yearbook design, and more. To complement the technology labs, Chromebook Carts are available for teachers to use for collaborative education. Additionally, every middle and high school classroom has a digital interactive whiteboard and projector.

Closer to the main building, our playground area contains several durable structures, including a spiral slide, a climbing apparatus, a merry-go-round, and several smaller movement pieces, where our younger children stay active all year long.
