1. Supporting Families
Parents and family are the primary faith influencers and educators. Richmond Christian School exists to support families in their Biblical responsibility to nurture and train their children. We believe that the school should function in a complementary role with the home and church to develop individuals who reflect a Biblical worldview and become productive members of society in whatever capacity God leads.
2. Unlocking Potential
Richmond Christian School provides every student with a smaller tightly-knit family environment. A smaller student population and tremendously diverse academic, athletic, spiritual, and relational programming allow the student body to explore and develop personal talents, skills, and passions and connect in ways not afforded to them in many other schools. God has uniquely shaped and gifted each student for His glory and their good. RCS aspires to assist each student in becoming everything God has called the student to be.
3. Building Leaders
Whether a student chooses college or career beyond the High School years, he or she will be prepared through personal accountability, character development, and academic training to be the uniquely shaped leader God has intended. RCS students will have opportunity to become pace-setters and influencers in and beyond their elementary and secondary schooling years. In order to accomplish this objective, the school will provide every student a God-empowered spiritual foundation coupled with comprehensive academic preparation in order to meet, with success, life's challenges.
