Parent Letter - 10/31/25

Dear Parents and Families of RCS,
The second quarter is off and running, and while the days may be getting shorter and cooler, Warrior Nation is heating up with excitement! We’re transitioning into the new season, and that means basketball, cheerleading, and swimming are ready to take center stage. But our fall athletes aren’t done yet—Cross Country will host the VMAC Championship tomorrow (November 1) right here at home!
A huge congratulations to our Girls’ Volleyball program! The Middle School team capped off a fantastic season, finishing second in both the VMAC regular season and tournament. Meanwhile, our Varsity Lady Warriors dominated—winning both the regular season and tournament championships, defeating Grace Christian 3–1! Next up: a STATE PLAYOFF game at home on Tuesday! Let’s pack the gym, bring the noise, and make RCS roar with pride!
Don’t forget—Parent/Teacher Conferences are Monday, November 3. Please schedule in advance so teachers can best prepare for your meeting.
And as we “fall back” this weekend, remember to set your clocks back before bedtime Saturday night—otherwise, you might just be the first one at church on Sunday!
